KL us k ghr chori hui or khin aaj kisi ko rasty ma rok liya gya.
How and why all this happens ? why people are afraid of thieves?why a thief or a robber robes?who makes them to robe? Are they robbers by their childhood?Who gives the answers to all these Questions?

No one.
But I can say that all this happens not by their will but this is the need circumstances. I am not saying that every needy should have to commit this but why these type of circumstances happens.A constitution of a state says that food,clothe and accommodation is the right of every person in that state and it is government responsibility to fulfill these basic needs.When no one dies with hunger and basic needs begun to fulfill by government then i think the rate of crime will decrease.
