Once again it is Deep Shelter with another interesting and informative blog post about Hacking but we are not gonna get acquaintance of just Hacking but Legal Hacking as well. I couldn't find the blog on this topic on bitlanders. While searching on bitlanders I found a blog (written by Hamza-tariq-3385) about Hacking but it was merely about Hacking. So I decided to write something different on this topic and I hope you will find it interesting and enjoyable.

Is there any Hacker in your own child or family children who is fond of hacking computer system? Or have you ever talked about a hacking topic in front of a teenager and you realized that he/she has stars in their eyes, so it's an alarm! They may put their family in jeopardy indiscreetly.
According to psychologists, self-showing is a human instinct. It is the main desire of every person for being appreciated by others. Youngsters who are very interested in hacking, actually want to claim themselves a hero, and hacking gives appeasement to their psychological instinct.
What is the treatment of such youngsters?

The teenagers who use Hacking in a negative manner, are mostly 15 to 22 years old. Usually, parents treat such youngsters strictly and the problems can be resolved sometimes by scolding and treating them strictly.
But there is an even better solution available besides strictness. The first solution for such teenagers is to turn their focus towards other positive activities and to help and encourage them to take part in positive activities. Software Programming is more suitable for such children which is even closer to their mental tendencies.

But if a youngster has got enough skills in Hacking, so the second solution is to train him for Ethical Hacking. The people who adopt Hacking as a profession are called IT Security Specialists instead of Hackers.
The negative aspect of the Ethical Hacking sector is that it is quite difficult and complicated, but its positive aspect is that the demand of Ethical Hacking is in research departments and in technical departments both. Big IT companies, Financial institutions, Banks, and Intelligence agencies always need such hackers so that their sensitive data can be protected from being leaked, and this task can be done efficiently by the person who is aware of the errors in a system. Its regular jobs are available in limited numbers but people with its expertise may earn thousands of dollars working from home.

In simple words, it can be said "Stealing of digital content". This type of illegal workers are called Hackers. A Hacker actually enters into the system of other person/institute without their permission. He can control their system, he can steal their Data, and can install any program on their computer or server.
The Hacker is actually very skilled in getting access to the computer, means they are very capable but he uses his best capabilities for negative purposes. And at the end, he eventually appears behind the prison bars. Remember that hacking is considered a crime worldwide and a person or group who do this, get the punishment of imprisonment and have to pay a hefty amount as fine.
No matter how sharp-witted the thieves are but they do leave their marks. Same is the case with the Hackers, law enforcement agencies catch them no matter how cunning they are. Because the Cyber Crime Units have their own Ethical Hackers to overcome this crime.

The IT industry in the world is growing rapidly and the volume of trade in the IT industry globally has gone up to billion dollars per annum. To protect such a big business, IT experts around the globe need people who have the ability to test (check) their security system so that they can be saved from the Hackers Group. To perform this task, an expert Hacker is required. Since it is for a good and positive purpose, therefore, it is called Ethical or Legal Hacking.
The idea behind Ethical Hacking is, we want to put our self in Hackers' shoes, we want to be able to see what they see, do what they do, and by doing that we should get a better understanding of how we can defend our self against those Hackers.

History has shown us that the Hackers have always been several steps ahead than network security professionals and that being for a couple of reasons. Usually, the people that are incorporate information security do not have the background in being a script kitty or spending some time on the internet doing some malicious things or really understanding how attacks take place so the people will understand the attack methodologies and the attacks venues available then they can better lock their network down and defend against those attacks.
Ethical Hacking is generally performed by a highly skilled and experienced security professional.

In this era, not only businesses and financial institutions face their security issues around the world but it is also the first and foremost issue for the government agencies to keep their data more secured. Therefore, such Hackers are severely needed.
These organizations appoint such expert people by providing a handsome amount as compensation. Such Hackers perform their work as IT Specialist and they monitor security loopholes in the IT system of their respective organization and provide recommendations to remove them.
According to IT's International Research firm "Gartner", around 49 billion dollars have been spent to improve the security system from 2011 to 2015. According to market reviews, usually a Ethical Hacker can earn $50K to $100K yearly but it depends on your education, work quality and the company who provide the job.
Remember that industry lacks good professionals so if you are an excellent Ethical Hacker you have a lot of opportunities i.e Facebook, Google, Yahoo etc all are offering rewards, if you are able to figure out security vulnerability in that sites you can report to them they will reward you with dollars. Facebook offers the minimum reward of $500. Wow!

If you want to step into this industry then you must have A+ Certification. After that, you should be able to interact either with "Network+" or "CCNA". Moreover, you should be having the certificate of "Security+" as well as the expertise to enter into a system.
To become an Ethical Hacker you should be having that attitude to attack something to think from a perspective of an attacker and to fail out security loopholes and as well as you should know how to google and the internet to use it efficiently and effectively to figure out your the ways to find security loopholes and you should be having the passion to learn technology changes and many new things come up every day you must not let your passion die to get knowledge about something new.
