why people not buzz

i seriously dnt know why people dnt.we all know bitlanders all about sharing and sharing is buzz contents of others and i am doing that to help them to earn but i am not happy from those who's earnings are increasing by buzzing by the other peoples but they are not interested in helping back to those who help them to earn.So , my question to those who wont buzz back.I illustrate it with example

I almost visit page of frnds approximately 300 to 350 in which buzz their microblogs some of their blogs and videos if they have and in return peoples visit mine profile is below 100 and i am even thinking it is below 80 .MY stats also show true picture
