Visual Studio is C# and Visual basic development Tool.

1)You open the Visual Studio.

2)Click File Then Select a New Project .

3) Change frame work on top and the left side select In with App you develop .

4) change application name on bottom.

5)Give Right Path where you Save your Application.

6)press ok .Visual Studio Start..
