Why you should WALK , not run

Running is perceived as the best tool for weight loss , however , it has been proven that running is less beneficial for the whole body , such as the bones , muscles etc. 

HERE ARE THE REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD WALK , NOT RUN .

Running is known to have bad effect on the knees and joints , especially for people that have bigger BMI ( body mass index )

WALKING , unlike running , burns less calories , but it is more balanced , and much healthier alternative , as the amounts of cortisol are reduced .

WALKING doesn't contribute to food cravings , as it more stable cardio exercise , and it is creates serotonine and dopamine , two hormones that affect the motivation and happiness .

WALKING doesn't put pressure on the joints , in fact it contributes to better lubrication of the joints .

It is suggested that you walk at least 30 to 60 minutes every day .
