We now know the Xiaomi Mi5 will appear in the last quarter of 2015, right around the time the Nexus 5 2015 is scheduled to appear. Considering we're pretty positive that the Nexus 5 2015 specs will feature a 64-bit Snapdragon 820 processor and the latest Xiaomi phones are always pegged as the fastest ever built, we can't wait to see this comparison. But what about the Galaxy Note 5, Xperia Z4 and LG G4 Note? Which Android phone will be the fastest in 2015?

We've been told that Huawei will be the OEM behind the Nexus 5 2015 and we think this would be a brilliant move, not only bringing Huawei's outstanding industrial design to a Nexus but also delivering a Huawei device into the hands of many eager consumers outside its spiritual homeland of China. But would Huawei push its Kirin processor or stick with a Snappy?

The Xiaomi Mi4 debuted with grand proclamations of it being the fastest Android phone ever and our experience with it pretty much proved that to be true. The Xiaomi Mi5 looks to be no different and will surely be looking to snag that title once again. Three other devices on the radar, the Galaxy Note 5, Xperia Z4 and the rumored LG G4 Note (or LG G Note, as you prefer) could topple everything when they are unveiled.
