According to Bouncer Chronicles a woman slashed a man across the face with a shattered wine glass. The incident took place at Jay-Z's 40/40 Nightclub in the Flatiron District. According to the NYPD, Lia Blount, 27, is accused of slashing 21 year-old Alejandro Corona across his face during a dispute that happened around 12:30 AM last Saturday.

Blount was charged with assault and released on bail. This was the second arrest for Blount. In 2011 she allegedly stabbed a relative in the stomach with a kitchen knife.
