Since the creation of earth, Adam burnt and so was Hawa.
After that, when the population of people increased, in different cycles they had different definitions from women.
In ignorance period they bury their living daughters, and they considered girls as a shame, they never valued them as human.
When Islam emerged all these superstitions were proved wrong; the ignorant people were invited to Islam ,they have been taught through Islamic rules and regulations to get know about women rights, that all the human beings (male & female) have been created equally, considering human rights.
The only religion that specializes and diagnosis the women rights is Islam.
Medieval period of history was a bad time for humanity, especially for women. We can say that it has even been the worst period for women.
Women were abused and misused as if they were tools and animals.
They were also transacted like business venture and stuffs ; when European secured themselves from the illegal rules of churches and preists, they changed their destiny and destroyed all the superstitions of churches their priests.
From that time women could breathe free, many conventions and treaties signed among governments cause of women rights
Rights of women in Afghanistan
Changing of governments in this country had also influence in women rights, and generally they bear different evolution, especially time of Taliban was worse than medieval for them.
They saw women in picture of Satan, and said women are phenomena of scene, they had not to go outside of their homes, and they couldn’t do anything by their selves and without their husband’s permission.
They were not able to go school or study something. They were instrument of home, and had to stay at home, and breached all of their civil and political rights.
We can say that their situation were worse than slaves of ignorance period.
When the unsuccessful regime of Taliban ousting, all of these problems solved
Creation of temporary then presidential government of Karzai by supporting of united nation and other foreign organization was the beneficial period for women.
Lots of conventions and international treaties signed about women rights, and the republic Islamic government of Afghanistan accepts all these treaties for protecting of women.
In this time all the schools universities are opening among girls, women are able to participate in different organizations, and the phenomena of violence decrease against women but not rooted.
What’s the reason, although by signing of these treaties and conventions, women are faced with major and big problems?
figures of violence that are still continuity in Afghanistan are different, 90% of violence against women are kind of family that belong to husbands or commit by their husbands, beside that lack of security, poverty, Illiteracy, Exemption from crime, culture of Patriarchy and lack of legal rule are the other reasons of women rights breach, that government and the united nation with hard struggle and attempt couldn’t able to remove them against women and Institutionalization of democracy.
Away from home, suicide, divorce, addiction, and assault are the important result of violence against women that its range is going to high day by day.
Factors of women rights violation are specified, Illiteracy, poverty, culture of Patriarchy, immunity from rule, close custom of social are the general factors of women violence, but still there isn’t any essential improvement among women, minority violators of women rights trail and punishment, violators of women rights always escape from rule, security and judicial institutions don’t follow them
