So, we're out in Colorado at the moment, and we're (as always) thinking about interesting, remarkable and historic Bars, and we're also thinking about Craft Beverages. But a new suitor has entered the mental arena: Buffalo meat. Yes indeed, we've had some very nice Bison on the grill out here in Colorado, and while it tastes FANTASTIC, we were wondering if any of you folk here on Film Annex could recommend a perfect craft beverage (does not have to be beer) to pair with this healthy, low fat food.
