To some extent I would. When a child is born parents are just too happy to provide them with everything. They plan and sort out things in accordance to the needs of the child. A lot of things are essential for a child's growth. It's the parents responsibility to not just let the baby grow physically but also feed the child with manners at an early age so that it becomes a part of the child's personality. Parents unconsciously neglect their children which later results in the child being a fuge or deviated. It's important for parents to stress upon child development. Providing money, education and a house to live in isn't all that a child needs. It's much more than that if looked with a broader vision. It's easier to build stronger children than to fix broken men. All parents need is a little insight on parenting ethics.
Would you blame parents for not bringing up their children properly?
