The time has arrived. This weekend I shall leave for the Welsh coast where I will finally complete the screenplay for my first feature film. I started down my journey towards a debut feature in 1999 when I sat down to write a film. The film was called Just Killing Time, had a few friends as cast members, my rugby club as a set and took around 9 months to complete. The result was a poorly lit and in parts badly acted but the little twists the story took watching an audience enjoy, gasp in the right places and just get it and I was hooked.

It was whilst making this film that I was to meet a like minded soul, Nigel. I supremely talented DP who has similar tastes to me and though completely different people we clicked and the potential was and still is quite overwhelming. Nigel and I went on to make many more films and form a company called Fuzzy Duck Creative in 2004. Since then we have made several award winning short films. Fuzzy Duck now currently employs 8 extremely talented creatives and we've designed creative from the likes of Apple to The Tower of London...I've also had 3 kids.

So life is going well but the nagging desire to produce a powerful feature film is now more pressing than ever so here goes. Keep it honest. Don't pull any punches. Break hearts. Fulfil dreams, starting with my own.
