Now on Film Annex Xcorps TV has published 3 short video tributes to the bands and music on The Xcorps Action Sports and Music TV series.
Xcorps Action Sports TV is a US broadcast format extreme sports and music TV series based in San Diego which was launched in 2001 and airs worldwide. The show is made up of 5 segments - TRT-29:30 with 7 min.of commercial time per half hour.
We include the word MUSIC in our title because we do have old school MTV video roots and we love extreme action so our format mix features bands and their music as part of the show.
Xcorps host and producer Jason Lazo interviewed filmmaker George Lucas at a race event in California and Mr. Lucas told us that the music and sound track of his ‘Star Wars’ films was half the production value!
We agree with Mr. Lucas statement which is why on XC you will see a mix of cool music videos edited with action sports in the Xcorps segments.

Though we are eXtreme in nature we do run by FCC content regulation rules so we do have to edit the music videos occasionally for profanity ect. This action sports/music video edit style is the format on Xcorps. It might look and sound like an easy format to produce but since we do try to match the music video style to the action sports we have to look at hundreds of bands music videos to find one that fits. Yes we do spend a LOT of time and energy on our sound tracks alone but we feel it is worth it when we get a great match up!
There is a wide range of music styles from around the world so if you don’t like one segment stay tuned and you will hear another completely different style of music in another segment!
For example a great dynamic match of the music video and the action was the top Italian rock band ALLHELLUJA and their music video “Superhero Mother’. Their music video was a super fit with the the action on XC show #32 XCOR-1 an extreme motor sports episode featuring off road truck racing . See FA link.
