Ingredients:
- 2-3 slices of medium-sized Yellowfin Tuna or any fish you desired to cook & eat
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Coconut cream
- 1 small size Ginger cut in Julianne style
- 1 medium size red Onion cut & sliced in 8 parts
- 1 long green Chili-optional wild/red chilies.
- Salt (optional Fish Sauce) & Powdered Pepper according to your taste
Procedure:
- In a cooking dish/ware arrange the ginger, green chili, onion and the slices of the fish before pouring the coconut milk, then add the salt or fish sauce and pepper then bring to boil until the fish turned slightly cook.
- A few minutes before it cook or before removing to stove,add the coconut cream.
Serve hot or warm best with plain or pride rice and in breakfast, lunch or dinner.
