INGREDIENTS
1/4 chicken liver
20 pcs.quail egg boiled and nabalatan na
1 small carrot,cubed
1 small bell cubed
50 grm.baguio beans cubed
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 pcs. onion chopped
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
magic sarap
1/4 cup all purpose cream
1 tbsp. butter for saute
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
kinchay for garnishing
DIRECTIONS
- Saute the garlic and onion in a butter,then put the liver,carrot, baguio beans, water, simmer for 2 min.
- Then put the oyster sauce, the cream, bell pepper, and magic sarap, quail eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir and simmer for about 3 minutes,then serve, garnish it with kinchay.
