DESCRIPTION
Day 18's video "Advances in Imaging" talks about sonograms and functional breast imaging. There are 2 tools: the MRI and BSGI. The MRI is done on both breasts to find abnormal blood vessels. These tests are for women with a high risk of breast cancer. A BSGI exams the breast cells through an injection and gives more information than a mammogram.
