DESCRIPTION

A valet and a house maid discuss the ups and downs of the domestic life. It seems that the maids present position had only come about because of a certain familiar financial necessity, whereas the valet was born into servitude and holds it to its highest regards. The two have a chat one day after the family is on holiday and the valet discovers and is slightly disappointed about how little regard the maid has for the domestic life. She is equally impressed with the valet's passion and loyalty for his chosen profession.
