Shachar, an aspiring Israeli scientist, has received a research scholarship at a leading German university. His grandmother is a Holocaust survivor and has maintained her bitter temperament and anguish for the German society ever since . Upon hearing the news from Shachar, she is horrified and tries to prevent him from going to Germany.

A wonderful Day est un film de la séléction officielle 2012 à l'ÉCU. Shachar, un scientifique et aspirant israélienne, a reçu une bourse de recherche dans une grande université allemande. Sa grand-mère est un survivant de l'Holocauste et a maintenu son tempérament amère et d'angoisse pour la société allemande .Après avoir entendu les nouvelles de Shachar, elle est horrifiée et s'efforce de l'empêcher d'aller à l'Allemagne.
