DESCRIPTION

Hello everyone and welcome to this, a play-through of the game Contrast by Compulsion, a Canadian Studio based in Montreal. The game is available both on Steam and as one of the release games with the PS4. It's also available on Xbox 360.

I had the pleasure of working on this game as an animator. The game mechanic is interesting and very different. The studio is calling Contrast "a game of light and shadow". It is basically a 3D/2D puzzle game in which your character has the ability to become shadow. By manipulating light sources in the environment you create different pathways and open up new areas of the map.

The circus is still a mess. We've got 2 more attractions to get right before daddy can get this thing going. Today we look at the pirate ship puzzle.
