DESCRIPTION

ECU- The European Independent Film Festival announces the launch of a new category, "European Youth Film", for its 2012 edition. ECU gives European Youth the chance to submit their work to a supportive and engaging international community. Young filmmakers will be competing for the "European Youth Excellence Award in Filmmaking". European youth filmmakers between the ages of 8 and 16 qualify for this category.
