David Steinberg is the founder of XL Marketing Corp., one of the largest digital and direct marketing companies in the US with a comprehensive marketing platform that generates high quality customers for leading brands. The platform encompasses all interactive channels — Email, Search, Social Media and Call Center – and an innovative data-driven methodology, underpinned by proprietary technology. He is also the founder and CEO of CAIVIS Acquisition Corp., a firm that acquires and consolidates small to mid-size EBITDA positive internet marketing, data and technology companies and backs these companies with capital and management expertise to accelerate their growth trajectory.

Prior to founding CAIVIS and XL Marketing, Mr. Steinberg founded InPhonic, the largest seller of wireless devices and services on the Internet. InPhonic was #1 on Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in 2004, the year it went public on the NASDAQ.

Mr. Steinberg was named the Greater Washington Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for communications in 2002. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Faster Cures of the Milken Institute, EndeavorDC, the Greater Washington Sports Alliance, the Steinberg Family foundation and the Board of Trustees of Washington & Jefferson College and has served on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Steinberg holds a B.S. from Washington & Jefferson College.
