DESCRIPTION

Dick Tracy is investigating a series of murders, which he believes are committed by the Lame One, the head of the Spider Ring. The Lame One kidnaps Tracy's brother Gordon and performs brain surgery on him to turn him into an evil man. Tracy uncovers his plan to destroy the San Francisco Bay Bridge and rushes to stop him.
