DESCRIPTION

The short film is characterized of being made on mock-ups and action figures, scenarios and characters specially designed for this project. Realized in Stop Motion and with other techniques of digital animation.
The main objective is the recognition of tangible and intangible heritage value through the rescue of the local and historical features of Choshuenco, Panguipulli.
Funded by Audiovisual Fund of the National Council for Culture and the Arts 2011, Valparaiso.
In this short film the story of an old ship which still exists on the shore of that lake, converges with a boy´s powerful imagination, that managed to transform into something magic the routine of reality.

El cortometraje se caracteriza por estar hecho sobre maquetas y muñecos articulados, escenarios y personajes diseñados especialmente para este proyecto. Realizado en Stop Motion y otras técnicas de animación digital.
El principal objetivo es el reconocimiento al valor del patrimonio tangible e intangible a través del rescate de las características locales e históricas de Choshuenco, Panguipulli.
Financiado por el Fondo Audiovisual del Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y las Artes 2011. Valparaíso.
En este cortometraje convergen la historia de un viejo navío que aún existe varado en la orilla de aquel lago con la potente imaginación de un niño, que logra transformar en algo mágico la rutinaria realidad.
