Examer Film project is designed to help students in developing countries like Afghanistan. It enables them to develop their film treatments while expert filmmakers who are collaborating with Film Annex are monitoring their works. Students will use social and digital media platforms to share their films globally with the concept of digital storytelling. Finally the best films will be awarded and published in Film Annex platform with the 30 million
monthly viewers.
