Food at Harolds Hotel
DESCRIPTION
Our company offered free dinner on the month of May, 2017. The picked option by the majority is the buffet dinner at Harold's Hotel because one, it offers buffet, two, it is just walking distance from our office and three, pricing is alright compared to other buffet options in our area and bonus, reservation is not really required.
I thought this would be a perfect time to practice taking videos for slow motion film since the subjects are purely food and food don't move, I only need myself and my camera to move to whatever motion I like.
That night we went a little bit late since the other group had a video call meeting with their client so we ended up at the hotel around quarter to eight while their buffet dinner starts at seven in the evening.
However, the amount of time left is just enough so we can enjoy talking and laughing out. Food was good specially their Tacos and Japanese Sushis and makis. These kept me coming back to the food options. I don't like their sweets though they look appealing, they don't really taste that good.
This video was created using a video editing software called Adobe Premiere on my Windows 10 computer. The video is around three minutes long and it contains the food prepared for us as the tacos and the makis were made on time for dinner. The slow motion was made to create a cinematic view of the subjects.
I believe I still need a lot of practice in taking these types of videos. But I hope you like the results though.
Enjoy the video and I hope this did't make you hungry!
