Arthur Kade talks to one of this year's breakthrough actors Lupita Nyong'o who plays the slave Patsey in "12 Years A Slave" (Fox Searchlight). She talks to #InTheLab about working with director Steve McQueen on her first feature film. The film is inspired by the true story of free man Solomon Northup who was kidnapped and forced into slavery for 12 years.
