DESCRIPTION

Le Village Des Écoles took place in December 2010, within the framework of the Festival Des Arcs. This event spotlights future producers and directors studying at Europe’s most prestigious film schools. Each school is represented by a recently graduated director-producer duo, and a professor or the head of the school’s production department. Over the course of one week, students participate in ateliers, meet with film professionals, present their first feature film and exchange ideas and experiences with students from other schools.

The latest edition was organized in partnership with the Low Budget Film Forum, which is supported by the MEDIA Programme, and featured the London Film School, Fémis, the National Film School of Denmark and the University of Theatre and Film of Budapest.
