Good day! Finally, I am now able to upload a video from my baking experience three four months ago.

TESDA(Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) is an agency under the Philippine government that offers vocational courses for Filipinos to gain more skills and find better opportunities. One of their courses is the Bread and Pastry Production NCII which I enrolled at with my friend.

The video you can see is a compilation of our first day in class. We baked a Pineapple Pie and Chiffon Cake with Buttercream Icing. (Yum!) We were all new to baking and so all of us were amazed how these foods were made from scratch.

Enrolling to courses offered by TESDA grants you a certificate too after taking their assessment test. I am glad we have such vocational courses here in our country because it really helps everyone to be open to more opportunities, broaden their knowledge or find a new hobby they would love.
