Mr. Michael D. Mathews, Mike serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Group, Inc. Mr. Mathews has been the Chief Executive Officer of Aspen University Inc., the subsidiary of Aspen Group, Inc., since May 2011. He served as a Principal Executive Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Wizard World, Inc., until March 19, 2012. Mr. Mathews served as the Chief Executive Officer of interCLICK, Inc. from August 28, 2007 to January 2011. Mr. Mathews served as the Chief Executive Officer of Customer Acquisition Network Holdings, Inc. (Outsiders Entertainment, Inc.) since July 2008. He founded Customer Acquisition in June 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Customer Acquisition since June 2007. He served as Secretary, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of interCLICK, Inc. From May 15, 2008 to June 30, 2008, he served as interim Chief Financial Officer of interCLICK, Inc. Mr. Mathews served as the President of interCLICK, Inc. since August 28, 2007. He served as the Senior Vice-President of Marketing and Publisher Services of World Avenue USA, LLC. from 2004 to 2007. He founded Ripple Effect International, Inc. and served as its President from 2002 to 2004. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Mathews served as the president of AGENCY.COM. company. He has been the Chairman of the Board at Wizard World, Inc. since March 19, 2012 and its Director since March 23, 2011. He served as an Executive Chairman of the Board at Wizard World, Inc. since December 1, 2011 to March 19, 2012. He has been a Director of Aspen University Inc., since May 2011. He served as a Director of interCLICK, Inc. from August 28, 2007 to December 14, 2011. He served as a Director of 5to1 Holding Corp. He served as a Director of Customer Acquisition since June 2007. Mr. Mathews holds Masters in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA and a BS in Marketing from San Francisco State University, San Francisco, CA.
