Hello, everyone, and welcome to another episode of Vector Vanilla.

What do you do when you want to build with dark oak but you forgot all but a single sapling back at your other base? You use this cheaty, cheaty method of sapling duplication. Honestly, I don't know if it's really cheating. This is a gray zone. You can do this because it's in the code, and therefore in the game. But what was the designer's intent? I guess that's the real question. I'm not running all the way back to spawn so I guess it's moot.
