Two new movies based on real-life events are now out in theatres. First, we have “Professor Marston & the Wonder Women” starring Luke Evans, Rebecca Hall, and Bella Heathcote from writer/director Angela Robinson. This one’s about the creation of Wonder Woman. And the other film, also about a superhero of some sort, is “Marshall” about the young Thurgood Marshall (Chadwick Boseman) in one of his career-defining cases. Josh Gad, Kate Hudson, James Cromwell, and Sterling K. Brown co-star in this film from Reginald Hudlin.
