DESCRIPTION

This is the second video representing Film Annex President/Founder Francesco Rulli's vision of a new and improved Citadel of Herat.

In the video, we see a series of images filmed in Herat and New York City. Together, this footage creates a brand new town with similar infrastructure and architecture. By comparing New York to Herat, Rulli strives to eliminate the gap between the West and South/Central Asia.
