DESCRIPTION
Ngawang, a 15 year old boy from India was electrocuted and lost both of his arms. Through the Tibetan government, he found The Global Medical Relief Fund and was brought to America for prosthetics. Ngawang was treated at The Shriners Hospital for Children™ in Philadelphia where he received state of the art prosthetic arms.
