Ogtong Cave Resort in Bantayan Island

Uploaded on Wednesday 23 August 2017

DESCRIPTION

Ogtong Cave Resort is one of the famous resorts within Bantayan Island and it was our plan to check the place before going back to the city. Since we were checking out of Hide Away Grove Resort at 11 in the morning, we went straight to Ogtong Cave Resort afterwards.

Entrance fee for adults is at Php 200 for walk in guests. This allows the guests to enjoy the pool, the beach and the cave. Yes there's a cave within which is called Ogtong Cave that is why the resort has the name as well.

We also had lunch in the resort with reasonable prices. We liked the lemon chicken above all but we also ordered kinilaw na tanguige and sauteed mixed vegetables.

The resort has a lot of rooms available which are a bit pricey compared to the rest of the other resorts in the island but definitely it is worth the price. As the resort is situated in a limestone covered with bermuda grasses, the grasses are properly trimmed and cemented steps were in between to give it a nice garden like ambiance.

Indeed a recommended resort to stay at when in the island. Check my blogs section for the blog entries about the resort.
