Another year, another “Paranormal Activity” movie. This is the fourth one, but are the scares fading? Directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman (“Paranormal Activity 3”) return for the fourth installment set five years after the events of “Paranormal Activity 2.” What happened to Katie and Hunter? Before long, a suburban family is experiencing weird occurrences in their neighborhood. It’s now up to Alex (Kathryn Newton) to catch the bizarre events using Skype and smart phones.
