Robert Fallah, an executive with more than 25 years of experience in the investment banking and financial services sector and one of the partners at Etico Capital, discusses the JOBS Act, Etico’s relationship with Film Annex BUZZ, the position of both Etico and Film Annex online and offline, the difference between the current internet wave and the one which occurred during the 1990s, and what he and the partners at Etico look for in a management team.

Robert was recently Co-Chairman of Arjent Capital LLC, a multinational emerging growth financial services organization. Prior experience includes Spiderfuel, Inc, a provider of web-based software and implementation services where he was the Founder, CEO and Chairman; the CEO of Silicon Island Equities, a venture capital and merchant banking firm and CEO of Robert Todd Financial Corp, a broker-dealer specializing in small-capitalization underwritings.
