Sgt. Rousseau Saintilfort, the awards non commissioned officer in charge for Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron Three, served as the reviewing officer for a Tuskegee Airmen dedication ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Feb. 22.
