Here's the plain truth; we've seen us some Happy Hours. But we've truly never seen a Happy Hour with the philosophy, food, and deals that occur at the Sunflower Restaurant in downtown Boulder, CO. An Earth-friendly sensibility pervades at this beautiful spot, where the happy hour runs for ninety minutes 6 days of the week, and features organic wines and beers from like-minded brewers.
