Peter Roe is a 22 year-old writer/director based in the United Kingdom, 'The Nocturnal Visionary' is his third directorial effort. His previous work includes 'Alone' which screened at ECU: The European Independent Film Festival in 2012 as well as several festivals in the UK, such as Portobello Film Festival. Currently, he has 'First Light', 'Silence' and 'Full Circle' in production with his company, Oculum Films.
