I bought an intervalometer for my camera so I can have a go at creating some time lapses.

This is just a 'straight out of the box' test.

Basic camera settings
- AV mode (Aperture Priority)
- ISO 100
- f5.6

1 sec exposure
1 photo every 10sec
412 photos

Created in 'Time-Lapse Assembler'
h.264, 24fps
Converted to Apple Pro Res in Mpeg Streamclip.
Edited in FCP

What have I learnt?
That I probably want a higher f stop for sharper looking clouds.
And that getting the right settings is going to take some practice both shooting and in post!
