Michel Platini, the French football legend, was born in Meurthe-ET-Moselle in 1955. He is one of the best players of the 20th century. In 2007, he was appointed as the head of Europe football federation.

Mr. Platini met with Afghan players at the sports arena of Goal’s project in Kabul, Afghanistan. He announced the official support of the Europe football federation for Afghanistan’s team.
