Life is all about speed. The best example of speed is the city and its daily chores, which symbolizes life is all about moving ahead, speeding ahead. However, there are people who in their lifespan never enjoy the thrill of speed on their own feet. This film is dedicated to those unfortunates who could not experience the thrill of speed due to their physical conditions. Using common people, whom we see in our daily course of work;'Vitesse' aims to portray the pain of such unfortunates, who desire to dance, feel speed, live life; unfortunately, could never do so.
