Grey and Montana had the whole world in front of them. A loving marriage and dreams of a bigger life and family ahead of them. Montana suffers from a serious illness and in his desperation Grey tries to move on with his life, and his new search for love.

Written as an attempt to explore my own emotional history and my family’s the film explores grief, love and the haunting power both can have in our lives. As filmmakers we’re always exploring ourselves to find stories to tell and themes to dissect, until making this film I’d always been exploring external themes and issues, taken from the world around me. This story explores internal struggles, grand and universal.
How do we move forward with the emotional ghosts of our past pulling at our heels with every step we take?

Shot over 3 days around Staffordshire.
We used 2 Canon 5D MkIIs, and a Canon 7D.
The lenses included Canon 50mm F1.2 L, Canon 85mm F1.2 L, Canon 24mm F1.4 L, Canon 24-70mm F2.8, Canon 24-105mm F4, and Canon 70-200mm F2.8 IS II.
